Dr. Tara Workman D.C.-Chiropractor
Dr. Tara Workman is a born and raised Alaskan who specializes in working with patients who struggle following a traumatic brain injury. She herself is a fellow TBI survivor which lead her to go to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA to receive her Doctorate in Chiropractic. She has a passion to helping serve her community with helping people understand how their bodies work and to be a partner with them in healing their bodies so they can enjoy life in the Alaskan outdoors. Dr. Tara has 7 children, with 3 children still at home, and she is proud to have 3 grandchildren. She loves to spend time outdoors, camping, boating, fishing and hunting in her spare time.
Tammy Saddler D.C.- Chiropractor
Dr. Darlene Dunn, PhD, NP-C
Dr. Dunn has been a board certified Nurse Practitioner for over 30 years specializing in adult primary care provisions including well woman gynecology and cosmetic medicine. For most of her career she worked in her own medical practice in North Carolina until coming to Alaska to provide medical locums village work in 2011. She has a special interest in female care, as well as self-esteem promotion, also holding her doctorate in Psychology. Dr. Dunn received specialized post graduate medical aesthetic training including intradermal cosmetics in 2000 and has since earned her advanced procedure master certification. She then received her Botox and Tissue Filler training through Dr. Pfenninger's prestigious cosmetic medicine training program in Arizona. Dr. Dunn has over 20 years of experience in cosmetic procedures and is excited to now bring these regenerative medical services such as IV Nutrition Therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP), revised HCG weight loss program, hair loss and Varicose vein treatments, Aesthetic medicine, peptide therapy, nerve regenerative therapy and much more to her patients here at Altair Integrative Wellness.
Amber Rose- Medical Aesthetician & Marketing Coordinator
Amber is originally from a small town in Texas and at the age of 16 her family moved to the beautiful state of Alaska. Amber has two active boys who keeps this mama busy in all the sports they play. She has lived in the Matanuska Valley for over 30 years and she has been a licensed Aesthetician since 2005. She has a passion in medical aesthetics and she loves being able to work along side doctors. She loves to focus on improving the appearance of her patients skin through treatments designed to medically help the patients, and to teach the patient how to properly take care of their skin from the inside out. Amber has worked as an aesthetician in the Valley and on the Kenai Peninsula throughout the years. She considers it a blessing and a privilege to have found a career that not only helps people achieve clear and healthy skin, but a career that helps people feel good about themselves. She strives to make you feel healthy and look your best. It is rewarding to her to be able to help others know more about their skin from the inside out. Compassion and grace for others is an important part of her life. She loves to bike, hike and paddle board/kayak in this beautiful state of Alaska she calls home. Kayla Koeckritz- Office Manager
Kayla was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida after meeting her husband they decided to move to Alaska to his home state after the military. They have two sweet and spicy little girls that keep her moving and busy. Kayla loves Alaska and all it has to offer. She loves camping, snow machining, riding their side by side. She loves antiquing and decorating for the holidays. Kayla loves the mountains and scenery of Alaska and the amazing community here. When she was a kid she wanted to be a teacher, however life took her into becoming an amazing office manager. She has a Bachelors in Health Care management and she is working on her Masters. She works so hard at making everyone happy here and she takes such good care of all of our patients and staff.
