Conner Ehmann, Physical Therapist Intern
As a born and raised Alaskan since 2002, I have been blessed with the Alaskan lifestyle and the chance to see what the world has to offer. From prep school in Quebec, to the island of Unalaska during the pandemic, I have grown exponentially while finding my calling in Physical Therapy. Thanks to my experience with concussions, I would like to specialize in traumatic brain injuries and eventually start my own clinic. I am currently studying Allied Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. I plan on pursuing Physical Therapy school afterwards.
I love being active so hiking, camping, fishing as well as ultimate frisbee, climbing and golf are a few of my current passions. My mantra as I go take on any adventures is to “do dangerous things carefully.” A prime example is my friend and I drove across the continent on a road trip from Alaska to Maine in a car older than both of us. I have always pursued growth in all aspects of my life. I am proud of my TEDx Talk, commitment to leading by example, and having an open mind to new ideas and techniques that can better my self-growth.
I have been incredibly blessed to be surrounded by amazing role models and people who have shared their approach to life, mindset, and profession. Throughout my pursuit of growth, I have learned many lessons and heard many wise words that have provided me a strong foundation to build off of as I take on the real world.
