The best care

We offer many different types of massages and bodywork.  We have 4 Licensed Massage Therapists to choose from.

Biomagnetic Pairing Therapy

Is a natural and safe therapy that re-establishes a normal cellular environment through the use of pairs of magnets of medium intensity. The goal is to equalize the organism’s pH level – a critical determinant of health.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

This gentle manipulation of the soft tissue and bones of the head, spine, and pelvis, helps with migraine headaches, sinus disorders, and immune deficiencies.

Myofascial release

A gentle therapy using light stretching and massage together in order to release tension from the fibrous bands of the muscles, bones, nerves, and joints.  Myofascial release promotes the healing of injured, stiff, and painful muscles and improves range of motion.

Cupping and massage

This is a modified version of traditional Chinese medicine.  Using glass or plastic cups along the skin through suction and negative pressure cupping releasing rigid soft tissue and draining excess fluids and toxins; loosening adhesions and bringing blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles so healing can take place.

Trigger Point Therapy

A trigger point is a tight area within muscles tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body.  This type of massage targets to root of the trigger point through cycles of isolated pressure and relief.  This is a great way to naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.

Neuro-Muscular Re-Education

Neuromuscular re-education generally refers to a treatment technique or exercise performed by an individual with the purpose of improving, via the nervous system, the level of communication between the body and the brain.

Swedish massage

Using long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movement on superficial layers of muscles using lotion or oil. This treatment is gentle and relaxing.

Pregnancy Massage

(AKA Prenatal massage) Certified therapists know the proper ways to position and support a pregnant woman's body to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pain and reduce emotional sensitivities.

Sports Massage

This technique is ideal for physically active people.  It focuses on preventing and treating injuries and enhancing athletic performance.  It is effective at loosening muscles and increasing flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

This technique targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue by using slower strokes or friction techniques across the grain of the muscles.  The benefits include loosening chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.

Hot Stone massage

Using heated stones to warm and loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body.  This is good for people with muscle tension who prefer gentle massage.

Aromatherapy massage

This technique uses essential oils along with massage to relieve stress and support the emotional body, as well as the physical body during a massage.
